Becoming a Club member involves weekly training sessions and matches at the times and venues listed on our Basketball League page. *Tuesday training Venue Chiswick school sports & fitness from 5pm-7pm for U10s U14s & U12s. Wednesday venue for training Lampton Sports Centre Lampton Ave TW3 4EP from 5pm-7pm for U16's NL team Thursday venue for training Lampton school TW3 4EP (small hall) from 5pm-6:30pm *Friday training venue Chiswick school sports and fitness Centre W4 3UN 5pm- 7pm for U10s, U12s & U14s. *Friday training venue Gunnersbury Sports Hub Popes Lane W3 8LQ 6pm-8pm U16 & U18 team session The 2022/23 Season goes from September 2022 until July 2023. Payment can be done with our monthly plan payments of £50 per month by signing up with our easy to pay service. When signed up with a debit or credit card payments will be taken on the same day each month from your sign up date. If you wish to cancel please send us an email stating you would like to cancel and we will do so for you. Any late cancellation will be charged at a fixed rate of £25 admin fee. Payment includes all your listed age group training sessions and if selected to play for the national league or CBL teams. Gators Basketball playing kit and club Merchandise can be ordered online via the Gators Shop link. (Playing kit only mandatory for team matches to avoid spare kit being given out. Training kit is also mandatory to avoid using bibs where ever possible)

Cancelation Policy

To discuss any issues to do with the refund or cancellation of memberships, please contact the Head Coach Mike Kwentoh at chiswick.gators@gmail.com using the subject line "Refunds". Chiswick Gators do not offer any refunds but we do offer credit voucher for any missed session or sessions you couldn't attend. Please note, any refunds granted is at the discretion of the administrator and will require a £25 administration fee. Monthly plan memberships can be cancelled at anytime providing the member gives us 1 weeks notice before the next payment cycle. Chiswick Gators will not issue any refunds if no notice of cancellation was given before payment is taken. If a payment has been taken before you issue a cancellation notice we won't be able to give a refund.
