Want to have a go? Sessions & venues Wednesday sessions at Hammersmith Academy 6pm-7:30pm & Friday sessions at Gunnersbury Sports Hub 6pm-8pm You are welcome to try out our club on a trial basis before deciding whether you want to join our club on a membership plan. To reserve your place simply book online and not pay at the door when you arrive at the training venue. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 3 TRYOUT SESSIONS PER CHILD (After trial sessions, if your child would like to continue, she/he would have to join the club through any of our membership payment plans)

Cancellation Policy

To discuss any issues to do with the refund or cancellation of memberships, please contact the Head Coach Mike Kwentoh at chiswick.gators@gmail.com using the subject line "Refunds". Chiswick Gators do not offer any refunds but we do offer credit voucher for any missed session or sessions you couldn't attend. Please note, any refunds granted is at the discretion of the administrator and will require a £25 administration fee. Monthly plan memberships can be cancelled at anytime providing the member gives us 1 weeks notice before the next payment cycle. Chiswick Gators will not issue any refunds if no notice of cancellation was given before payment is taken. If a payment has been taken before you issue a cancellation notice we won't be able to give a refund.
