Cancellation Policy

To discuss any issues to do with the refund or cancellation of memberships, please contact the Head Coach Mike Kwentoh at chiswick.gators@gmail.com using the subject line "Refunds". Please note, any refunds granted will require a £25 administration fee. Monthly plan memberships can be cancelled at anytime providing the member gives us 1 weeks notice before the next payment cycle. Chiswick Gators will not issue any refunds if no notice of cancellation was given before payment is taken. If a payment has been taken before you issue a cancellation notice we won't be able to give a refund.
