Service Description

Booking appointments will take place at a public basketball court near you coach will locate a place nearest to your address for session to take place. You must bring your own ball or a ball will be provided which will be disinfected and sanitised. Sessions will be socially distanced between coach and person and face covering will be worn by the coach. Coach will provide wet hygiene wipes and hand sanitiser during session. Only one session per day can be booked so coach can only be booked once a day.

Cancellation Policy

To discuss any issues to do with the refund or cancellation of memberships, please contact the Head Coach Mike Kwentoh at chiswick.gators@gmail.com using the subject line "Refunds". Chiswick Gators do not offer any refunds but we do offer credit voucher for any missed session or sessions you couldn't attend. Please note, we do not offer any refunds with this service. Monthly plan memberships can be cancelled at anytime providing the member gives us 14 days notice before the next payment cycle. Chiswick Gators will not issue any refunds if no notice of cancellation was given before payment is taken. If a payment has been taken before you issue a cancellation notice we won't be able to provide a refund.
